•    Wednesdays 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
•    Saturdays 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM​

60 to 90 Minute

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation


  • The first appointment will be 60 to 90 minutes to understand the problems and develop a treatment plan.

  • Additional visits may be needed to develop an appropriate treatment plan for complex problems.

25 Minute Medication Management/Follow-Up


  • Most Medication management or follow-up appointments are 25 minutes.

45 Minute Medication Management/Follow-Up


  • Sometimes, more time is needed for complex cases. In these instances, 45-minute appointments can be scheduled.

E-visits (via Text) are a type of telehealth visit with an asynchronous exchange of information.

Telepsychiatry, a subset of telemedicine, can provide a range of services, including psychiatric evaluations, therapy (individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy), patient education, and medication management.


Telepsychiatry can involve direct interaction between a psychiatrist and the patient.
